It is amazing...

It is amazing that some people come and go in your life and never know...

What I mean by that is that they never know just what they mean to you or how much they mean to you.

It is up to you to tell them how much they mean and just what they mean...Sometimes it is just not that easy however.

Oh I miss it...

I am sitting here watching Deep Impact...I miss the rush of a newsroom when a huge story is breaking or when we get the jump on a story. I know that journalism makes me a tad bit crazy but I honestly miss it. I really love my job but it lacks that rush, the excitement, the wow factor. I mean my new job is very fulfilling and important but it is missing something.

Nothing can compare to sitting on the news desk as the entire world watches, listens, and reads the things you are producing.

I know that I will never be Hunter S. Thompson or Woodward and Bernstein, but I do think that I was a decent journalist. Oh well, I guess we will never know.
