Disfunction junction

Ok so I have a question...

Does it make me a bad person that I get sick satisfaction out of shortening my boss' title? Ok so maybe I need to do some explaining for you to get the whole picture...

My boss' title is Executive Director...E.D. for short...

One of the reasons that I get satifaction out of calling him ED is that it also stand for something else. You know what I am talking about...**WINK** (Hint read the title)

I kind of see that his affect on our organization is the same affect of the disfunction that his abbreviated title stands for. I think that if he was not there or treated properly then our organization would be able to "get up" and do so much more than it currently does. We would have more fun and be more devoted to getting the job done. Don't get me wrong I like my boss but he has some management styles that i do not agree with. He should let people do the job they are trained and hired to do...Kinda like E.D. It doesnt let your "emloyee" "perform" the function its was designed to do...It doesn't allow you to utilize your equipment in the most efficient manner.

So in closing...You never know in what portion of your life and when ED will strike you! **WINK**
